Projo Fishing: HotBytes |
Mike made his prediction during a break at the New England Saltwater Fishing Show at the Rhode Island Convention Center this weekend. Last April, fishing was fairly consistent by April 19 at First Beach. Early in the season, Mike says he prefers casting a pearl, one-ounce Gibbs pencil popper, but yellow and white pencils work, too. He also likes to throw a bone-color Jumpin' Minnow. He works the lures quickly through the water. "In April, the fish are just as aggressive as they are later in the spring," he says. |
