'Iron' Mike Everin (right) is a member of Team Striper, a group of anglers from Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut who won the Striper Cup, a five-month-long tournament organized by On The Water Magazine. Everin and the other three members of Team Striper received the cup over the weekend during Striper Fest at the Harpoon Brewery in Boston.
Tom Meade interviewed Everin and two of his teammates -- Rob Taylor and Chris Daniels -- about their extraordinary striper fishing this season and what lies ahead. Everin is pessimistic about the future.
