Fishing was rewarding aboard Capt. John Rainone's charter boat, L'il Toot this week. "The top picture is the Bryan Van Ness group," he writes. "Connecticut state troopers jigging and trolling for stripers southwest of Block Island thursday. "The second picture is Jack Palmer and his family from upstate New York trolling frames at Block Friday. "Both groups had limits of bass up to 30 pounds and a few blues, before going bottom fishing."
