John Anterny aboard the L'Il Toot yesterday Bass are biting in the lower Bay, on the reefs of Block Island Sound and Rhode Island Sound. "These are just two of the many striped bass John Anterny, 86, jigged up on a trip with the Formex Group yesterday," writes John Rainone, skipper of the charter boat L'il Toot.
