Bass are in the Bay, and they’re fresh from the sea. John Littlefield of Archie’s Bait & Tackle checked a 31-incher caught on clamworms this week. The bass had sea lice on it, indicating that the fish had entered the Bay recently. The hot spot was the Seekonk River near Omega Dam, says Littlefield. Bass are biting in Middletown and South County, too. There will be more information in tomorrow's Fishing Report. |
